Thanks FTR for the game. Was glad to see it changed from a freeroll, back to a buy-in. Kinda sucks that it wasn't money added though.. As the prizepool would have then been $320, and not $200. The payouts would have been that much better... I sure could have used that additional $40 or so.. But, guess I can't complain as there isn't much like this offered for U.S. players anymore, so this game is a blessing. Hope FTR continues these games on ACR. Congrats! Yes, I noticed the guaranteed vs money added as well... I will ask about that but not sure if anything can be done.

Thanks for looking into it. I expect nothing will be done, but since the game was supposed to be a $ added and not GTD (and the mistake was made on ACR's part.) It would be the "right" thing to do, for them to add the money to the ITM player's accounts.. Since they put the wrong game in the lobby, costing players money. Not trying to be anal, just making a point.

It was actually a misunderstanding on both parties. ACR isn't able to handle money added tournaments, and the terms "money added" and "guaranteed" are similar. So it is also our fault for not making sure it was money added and promoting it as such, when we actually should have said guaranteed.

That being said, since we did promote it as "$200 Cash Added to prize pool" we're working it out with ACR to get this straightened out.

The prize pool should have been $320 (+$120), making the payouts:

1st: $128 (+$48)
2nd: $96 (+$36)
3rd: $64 (+$24)
4th: $32 (+$12)

Players should be credited with the additional amount by Monday (not sure if they will do it over the weekend).

Future events for ACR will be guaranteed prize pools, which are still quite likely to have an overlay.

Sorry about this and I hope we can run more successful events at ACR in the future!

Sweet! Thanks to you and ACR for trying to get this straightened out. The extra funds will surely come in handy! Hope to have a big score to post about soon... Just wanted to note, as of 10:57 am (PST) this morning, the funds have not been added to my account. I'm sure it will take some time. In case it's just me, can any other cashers verify receiving the additional funds? Thanks in advance. And looking forward to the next FTR game!

When you say Monday, were you referring to 8/25/14 or 9/1/14?
